Who We Are
CyTech International, through its operations in the Philippines, is the personal information controller for information collected on cytechint.com.ph. Engagement requests are shared with The ABBA Initiative, OPC, which contracts and manages engagements in the Philippines.
What We Collect
The information you enter in the contact, application and Academy registration forms: your name, contact details, organization, position, the service, program or role you select, your message and, for applications, your CV.
Why We Collect It
To answer your request, to assess your application, to register you for a program, and to keep the records the law requires. We do not sell personal information.
Where It Is Stored
Personal information collected on this site is stored in the Philippines.
How Long We Keep It
Requests and registrations are kept for as long as they are active and for up to two years after; applications for up to one year, unless you agree to a longer period.
Your Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to rectification, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to damages. You may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
